1. Engineering Services

CoreLogix provides premium software engineering services, including custom digital product development, AI & machine learning solutions, and high-level technical consulting. Services are delivered through secure, compliant engineering workflows.

2. Confidentiality & IP Protection

All client code, data, and trade secrets are handled with absolute confidentiality. We implement rigorous security measures to ensure your intellectual property is protected at all times.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

All work produced by our engineering team belongs exclusively to the client. We do not retain any rights to client source code or deliverables upon full payment of services.

4. Engagement & Payment

Engagement terms, including scope, timelines, and budgets, are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services based on the notice period defined in the signed service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreLogix's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise specified in individual client contracts.
